Kennedy on the lawn of the Massachusetts Statehouse will be open for public viewing on the 50th anniversary of Kennedy's assassination.</p><p>The statue has been largely off limits to the public since new security procedures that went into effect after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on New York and Washington.</p><p>State leaders said the statue would be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, and again Monday during those hours.</p><p>Gov.
