It was in response to a 118 year-old Metro North bridge that has failed twice in less than two week.</p><p>Malloy says the state is partnering with <a href="http://www.mta.info/mnr" target="_blank">Metro-North </a>on an operational review of the Walk Bridge in Norwalk.
