Anthony has spent his entire life on a cattle farm in rural Ireland, a state of affairs that - due to his painful shyness - suits him well. Mandy Greenfield will take over for Jenny Gersten, who’s been at the helm since 2010. Greenfield is currently the artistic producer of the <a href="http://www.manhattantheatreclub.com/" target="_blank">Manhattan Theatre Club</a>, where she has been since 2003. In a sprawling Central Park West apartment, former movie star Julie Bascov and her sister-in-law Faye bring their families together for their traditional holiday dinner. But tonight, things are not usual. A houseguest has joined the festivities for the first time and he unwittingly - or perhaps by design - insinuates himself into the family drama. Twenty years later, as 2001 approaches, the Bascovs' seemingly picture-perfect life may be about to crumble.</p><p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>The play is directed by Manhattan Theatre Club’s Artistic Director, Lynne Meadow, and the cast includes Tony and 2-time Emmy winner Judith Light, Tony nominee Jeremy Shamos, and Tony nominee Jessica Hecht.</p><p>Jessica Hecht’s other Broadway credits include <em>The Last Night at of Ballyhoo</em>, <em>After the Fall</em>, <em>Julius Ceasar</em>, <em>Brighton Beach Memoirs</em>, <em>A View from the Bridge</em>, and <em>Harvey</em>. They are currently producing the world premiere of Liz Flahive’s play, <a href="http://www.themadridplay.com"><em>The Madrid</em></a>. The production is directed by two time Obie award winner, Leigh Silverman and is running through May 5th.</p><p>Edie Falco stars as Martha, a kindergarten teacher with a life many would want: a loving husband and a devoted daughter. But when she leaves it all behind, it's up to her daughter Sarah to pick up the pieces. It’s a darkly funny play, certain to evoke a cavalcade of feelings anyone lucky enough to attend.</p><p>The daughter, Sarah, is played by Phoebe Strole. Phoebe was last seen in the New York City premiere of Dan LeFranc's <em>The Big Meal</em> at Playwrights Horizons.
