SEIU en “Unions Coming Back” Was Labor Day Rally Outlook <p>POUGHKEEPSIE – The annual Labor Day rally, organized by Dutchess County Legislator Joel Tyner, drew a crowd of about 40 people, who heard mostly the same message as in the past.
