Legal Battle Over Church Building Ends

Lenox, MA – More than a year of legal wrangling in a Federal Court over a proposal to build a large Catholic church parish center in the residential section of a Berkshire County town appears to be over. Ski Area Offers Revised Expansion Plan to Protect Rare Habitat

Wilmington, NY – The Olympic Regional Development Authority plans to submit revised redevelopment plans for the Whiteface Mountain ski area. Additional Amendments to Passport Initiative Passed by U-S Senate
