WaterKeeper Wins Lawsuit Against Town of Lake George Subdivision Approval

Lake George, NY – The Lake George Waterkeeper has won a lawsuit against the town of Lake George. The environmentalist had charged that the town had failed to conduct an adequate environmental review of a development project, and the New York State Supreme Court agreed. CA joined cell phone ban

NY – As of July 1st, California and Washington state joined Washington D.C., Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York, to ban the use of cell phones while driving.
