States Challenge EPA Smog Rules

Plattsburgh, NY – A dozen states, several municipalities and numerous environmental groups are continuing their efforts to force the EPA to change federal ozone standards. A lawsuit filed Tuesday claims the EPA's current standards are too weak and do not adequately protect people's health, especially those with respiratory ailments.
