Sullivan County public defender system got a C

Sullivan County, NY – The New York State Defenders' Association has given the Sullivan County public defender system no grade higher than a C in its annual report card. In fact, the association gave the county system a C for independence, minimum qualifications, continuous representations and a C- for client confidentiality.
