Six buses are out of commission following a fire

Dutchess County , NY – Six buses in the Dutchess County, NY LOOP mass transit system totaling about $1 million in value are out of commission following a fire in the main bus garage in Poughkeepsie early Sunday morning. The odor of burnt rubber, paint, and plastic could still be smelled within a block of the Dutchess County Department of Mass Transportation building eight hours after a garage fire was extinguished by LaGrange firefighters early Sunday morning.WAMC's Hank Gross has more...
