In the past few months, people who need to enter such facilities have had to be placed as far away as Ticonderoga or even Burlington, Vermont. While some gains were seen in primary grades, middle grades and high school showed little or no progress. More details next week on that topic. Goshen, NY – Jury selection for the murder trial of Christopher Porco began Monday in Orange County. The 22-year-old is accused of killing his father with an ax and beating his mother two years ago in their suburban Albany home.
