Ulster County, NY – Forbes magazine compared 97 counties across the country which funded their schools with property taxes. Ulster County scored among the bottom five. School officials say the results are based on a flawed premise...but one former school board official says the county does have a problem.

But new research reveals that chronically sedentary elders, even frail ones, who begin to exercise, will not only gain certain mobility, but their depression may lift.
