31-year-old Prisoner Commits Suicide

Middletown, NY – James Blagmon, the Middletown, NY man who was serving a state prison sentence of 46 years to life for murdering a Middletown man, committed suicide at the Elmira Correctional Facility Wednesday morning, Orange County District Attorney Frank Phillips said. He was informed by state corrections officials.
