Buyer of Wyeth Manufacturing Plant Announced

Rouses Point, NY – Two years ago, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals announced it would close its manufacturing facility in Rouses Point, near the Canadian border north of Plattsburgh. New York Governor Eliot Spitzer announced Tuesday that the plant has been sold to a start-up pharmaceutical company. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley was at the announcement.
