Groups Band Together Against Death Penalty

Albany, NY – State Senator Eric Schneiderman today and other lawmakers joined Albany Bishop Howard Hubbard, New Yorkers Against the Death Penalty Executive Director David Kaczynski, murder victim's mother Janice Grieshaber and Jeffrey Deskovic, recently freed after serving 16 years in prison for a Peekskill murder he did not commit, to urge State Senators to say no to reinstating the death penalty in New York State. Albany, NY – In a surprise announcement Thursday night during the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation's annual dinner, Company officials with AMD - Advanced Micro Devices - said the chipmaker may be interested in opening a second, or perhaps third, factory in the Luther Forest Technology Campus.
