GE Adding 500 Jobs in Schenectady

NY Congressman Introduces Four Pollutant Bill in US House

Wilmington, NY – On Monday, New York Congressman John McHugh introduced a 4 pollutant bill in the US House designed to eliminate the acid rain emissions that damage Northeastern forests and ecosystems. The Congressman announced his intentions two days earlier in the Adirondacks with the two environmental groups that helped draft the legislation. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley was there.
