New York City fined for polluting Esopus Creek

Kingston, NY – The Supreme Court is known for making landmark decisions. Sometimes, those decisions come when it decides whether to take a case or not. The Court declined to take a case affecting the Hudson Valley yesterday, which means a big fine for New York City - but environmentalists say the city is still polluting a creek in Ulster County. Fruit farmers learn about climate change

Kingston, NY – Climate change has long been a topic of academic talks and international conferences. But it's starting to hit home in the Hudson Valley, as farmers prepare for the effects of global warming on their crops. Environmental Groups Counter Cell Tower Letter
