NY Gov. Spitzer Releases Budget

Albany, NY – Governor Eliot Spitzer released a $120 billion dollar state budget Wednesday that includes a record amount of new school aid, property tax cuts, and reduction to hospitals and nursing homes. The governor also offered some tough talk to those who might oppose his plan. Capital Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports.
