Albany, NY – Democrat Ed Kosiur and Republican George Amedore are making last-minute pushes for votes as the special election for the 105th Assembly seat vacated by Democrat Paul Tonko draws near... Tonko left in June to head up NYSERDA - the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. In their campaigns, Kosiur and Amedore have tackled jobs, taxes and the economy. In the second of two interviews, Capital District Bureau Chief Dave Lucas spoke with Ed Kosiur.

North Country Reacts to Spitzer-Bruno Trooper Investigation

Plattsburgh, NY – The impact of the row between New York Governor Eliot Spitzer and Republican State Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno, and the use of the State Police, is being felt in all corners of New York State.
