Plattsburgh Budget Cuts Slash Services and Activities

Plattsburgh, NY – The Common Council in the city of Plattsburgh is letting the public mull over cuts in their proposed budget before voting to finalize it next week. The budget offers substantial cuts to city services and activities. But those cuts will lower a double digit tax increase to only four percent. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
