Brewster, NY man claims he was beaten by investigators

Putnam County, NY – A 20-year-old Brewster, NY man, who is being held in the Putnam County Jail in Carmel on burglary and other charges, claims he was beaten up by a sheriff's investigator in a file room at the jail.
