Residents sue town for violating Clean Water Action

Montgomery, NY – Three residents of the Town of Montgomery, NY have provided legal notice to the town, the state Department of Environmental Conservation and other state and federal agencies that they will sue in federal court and seek to force compliance and seek penalties if the town does not stop violating the Clean Water Action. NY-21: Seven Candidates Running to Replace McNulty

Albany, NY – Seven candidates are running for the New York 21st Congressional District to replace retiring Democrat Michael McNulty. McNulty has held the seat for 20 years.
