30-day comment period stands

Great Barrington, MA – A request to extend the 30-day public comment period on the latest General Electric clean-up proposal for portions of the Housatonic River in the Berkshires and Litchfield County, Connecticut has been denied by the Environmental Protection Agency. Berkshire Bureau Chief, Carrie Saldo, reports on the details behind the decision;
