ACLU Sues New York State on Behalf of Same-Sex Couples

Albany, NY – The New York Civil Liberties Union is filing a lawsuit against New York and the state Department of Health on behalf of at least 12 gay couples who contend that it's illegal for the state to discriminate against same sex couples based on marriage.
