Amedore Takes Oath of Office

Schenectady, NY – In a higher turnout than expected, more than 30 percent of registered voters in Montgomery and Schenectady counties cast a ballot Tuesday. A Republican was elected for the first time in 25 years. George Amedore, Jr. was sworn in today in two ceremonies in the counties he represents: Capital Disrict Bureau Chief Dave Lucas attended the gathering in Schenectady.
