BART Moves Forward

North Adams, MA – Plans for the new Berkshire Arts and Technology Charter School are moving forward in anticipation of its opening in September 2004. Berkshire Bureau Chief Arlen Cellana sat down with some of the school's board members to find out where they are in the planning stages.
