The president of the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation is leaving the charitable nonprofit at the end of the year. Jennifer Dowley will have spent nearly 17 years leading the organization as the third and longest serving president in its 27-year history. Each year the foundation donates more than $8 million via grants and scholarships in the arts, education, health and human services and environmental protection throughout the WAMC listening area. Dowley spoke with WAMC’s Berkshire Bureau Chief Jim Levulis about her time at the foundation.
