Burlington Benefit Concert to Help Hurricane Victims

Burlington, VT – Burlington, Vermont has a history of creating sister city relationships. Following the Hurricane Katrina disaster, the city bonded with Moss Point, Mississippi to render aid and assistance. Meanwhile a singer from Vermont was traveling in the Gulf Coast region. Elisabeth Von Trapp's experiences there, and sister city efforts by Burlington to help, have led to a benefit concert this weekend. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
