Business Council Outlines Economic Reform Plan

Plattsburgh, NY – Business leaders and local officials met at the offices of the Plattsburgh-North Country Chamber of Commerce to hear the head of the Business Council of New York State outline its "Five To Survive" plan to rebuild the state's economy. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley was at the meeting.
