The Democratic candidate in New York’s 21st congressional district race was in Plattsburgh Friday to unveil his legislative women’s agenda.
Democrat Aaron Woolf has been targeting women’s issues during his most recent campaign stops. In Plattsburgh Friday the Democrat highlighted key pieces of legislation he supports.
Plattsburgh Ward One city Councillor Rachelle Armstrong joined the candidate in calling for a strong women’s agenda in Congress. “We are here to demand a future of full equality for our sisters, daughters and granddaughters.”
About a dozen women joined Woolf in making phone calls across the 21st district.
