A casino could be coming to New York’s Capital Region. Rochester-based Capital Gaming LLC has signed a contract to purchase the largely vacant Tobin’s First Prize Center along Interstate 90 on the Albany-Colonie line. A change in state laws allows for up to seven casinos statewide. Applications for casino licenses will be reviewed later this year.
