Paterson talks about what he hopes to accomplish as Lieutenant Governor and how the office will change in the administration of Governor Eliot Spitzer. They also talk about the deal with the legislature to reform the ethics commissions in New York state, redistricting, his relationship with the governor and whether he would one day be interested in seeking a higher office.
