Monticello, NY – The operator of a racino in Sullivan County, will add two hotel resorts in the Catskills to his possession. The purchase by Empire Resorts includes the former vacation mecca - Concord Resort. The acquisition, along with a tribal land claim settlement recently announced by New York Governor George Pataki, could open doors to casinos in the Catskills.
