Consumers and small businesses have until March 31st to enroll in New York’s state health exchange under the Affordable Care Act, New York State of Health.
Bob Cohen is Policy Director of Citizen Action of New York and Public Policy and Education Fund, one of the organizations that serves as a “healthcare navigator” to assist individuals in enrolling.
