Albany, NY – Alan is joined today by editor of legislative affairs at the Congressional Quarterly - David Hawkings. The last time Alan and David spoke some Texas legislators fled the state to prevent redrawing of Congressional districts in the state. The new map was recently passed by lawmakers and today David and Alan take a look at the results of this gerrymandering.
