Albany, NY – The once solidly Democratic New York Congressional delegation got a Republican facelift in 2010. In today's Congressional Corner, Cortlandt Town Councilman Dr. Rich Becker a Democratic candidate for New York's 19th Congressional seat currently held by Republican Nan Hayworth tells WAMC's Alan Chartock that former Congressman John Hall was a victim of bad timing.
