Congressional Corner with NY's John Sweeney 8/28/03

Albany, NY – The Empire State's John Sweeney returns to talk about his priorities for next week when Congress reconvenes. John will be working on some transportation issues that could benefit upstate New York and he's hoping the recent black out will draw attention to energy issues and the acid rain that affects our entire region.
