Congressman Hinchey Attacks Energy Bill

Kingston, NY – The Energy Policy Act passed the House yesterday by a vote of 246 to 180. Hudson Valley Congressman Maurice Hinchey says it's one of the worst pieces of legislation he has seen in decades. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne spoke with the Congressman about the bill.
