Plattsburgh, NY – The Plattsburgh North Country Chamber of Commerce has held a series of breakfast forums featuring the candidates running for the 23rd Congressional District seat. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley was at this morning's forum as Conservative Candidate Doug Hoffman outlined his agenda.
