Construction Project Continues Despite Pollution Fears

South Burlington, VT – A judge has rejected an environmental group's request to stop construction of a Lowe's Home Center store in South Burlington, Vermont. The state Water Resources Board has issued a stormwater permit for the project, but the Conservation Law Foundation is appealing, and wants the project stopped. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
