Plattsburgh, NY – Republican Matt Doheny announced on September 21st that he would once again challenge Democrat Bill Owens for the northern New York Congressional seat. He says his early announcement was a practical move on his part.
Republican Matt Doheny will face at least one primary challenger. Kellie Green from Oswego has announced that she is also running as a Republican for the region's Congressional seat.
