Court to New Power Plants: Install Closed-Cycle Cooling

Poughkeepsie, NY – A federal court this week ruled that new power plants must install so-called closed-cycle cooling technology. Environmentalists say the decision will not only minimize fish kills, but set the stage for ordering existing plants to do the same. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne reports.
