Critics Pan Vermont's Wind Power Policy for State Lands

Waterbury, VT – The state of Vermont has finalized its policy regarding siting wind turbines on state lands. Critics of the plan say there are no changes from the state's draft policy and is inconsistent with other development policies for state land. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
