Crumbling facades, made over

Albany, NY – The city of Albany will help six homeowners in the South End neighborhood repair the deteriorating facades of their brick rowhouses. The helping hand is part of the city's effort to revitalize the downtown neighborhoods. Twenty years ago, the city pumped $10 million into renovating those homes. WAMC's Capital District Bureau Chief Jessica Bloustein has details.
