Cuomo: New York Under State Of Emergency

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has declared a statewide state of emergency. The governor, on a conference call just before 4 p.m. Thursday, told reporters that I-87 south of Albany will be closed between midnight and 5 a.m., as is I-84 and the Long Island Expressway. The governor is urging motorists to stay off the roads if they can.
