Poughkeepsie, NY – The expansion of the Dutchess County jail is one step closer. Democrats say they want to first look into alternatives, while Republicans say there is no choice but to proceed with the expansion. More from WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne.
