DEC Names New Acting Commissioner

Albany, NY – New York's DEC has named its second acting commissioner in the wake of the departure of former commissioner Erin Crotty. Now, the person who runs the DEC on a day-to-day basis, is also assuming the position of acting commissioner. Observers welcome the news, and say they expect little change.
