Deregulation Debate Follows Blackout

Albany, NY – The blackout of August 14th has led to a debate on deregulation of the electric industry. Some argue that more government control is needed to avoid another massive power loss, but others contend that real deregulation has never been given a chance to work. WAMC's Brian Shields reports.
