DREAM Act

Berkshire County – Undocumented students currently have to pay out-of-state tuition for attending college in many states through out the U.S. The Dream Act is a piece of federal legislation meant to give states the power to determine residency requirements for in-state tuition. Elected officials and community groups in the Berkshires are starting to push for the Dream Act. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports
