Dutchess Report Points to Cement Plant's Impact

Millbrook, NY – A task force charged with evaluating potential impacts on Dutchess County from the proposed St. Lawrence Cement plant has come out with its report. It says the county should have a voice in the permitting process. Meanwhile, St. Lawrence Cement issued a minority report on the same topic. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne reports.
