Energy Upgrades in Berkshire County Community

Pittsfield, MA – The city of Pittsfield, Massachusetts and at least one non-profit organization are working on improving energy-efficiency with the help of Western Massachusetts Electric Company. And as WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief, Carrie Saldo, reports, the programs are available to many customers in Western Massachusetts;
